Every shop at Lowell Makes is designed to have a Captain and a Co-Captain. It is part of the Captain’s duties to furnish a Co-Captain with whom they can share the responsibilities of the shop.
The Co-Captain is responsible for many of the same things as the Captain. The two should work to find a dynamic that works for each of them and for the shop. It is up to both the Captain and Co-Captain to make sure all the duties of the shop get covered.
