Lowell Makes has 3 officer positions designated by its bylaws. They are President, Treasurer, and Secretary. They each have their own duties and and are the only 3 positions that must be filled.
The Duties of the President (or Chairman) as dictated by the byaws: **The Chairman shall convene regularly scheduled Board meetings, shall preside or arrange for other members of the executive committee to preside at each meeting in the following order: Secretary and Treasurer.
The president is elected annually and may serve up to 3 consecutive terms.
The President also serves as a member of The Condo Board and as an Owner of the building. They are the representative of Lowell Makes for the Condominium in which Lowell Makes exists.
