What’s in the Shop?

Absolutely everything you need to brew, bottle or keg a brew!

Serving, Bottling, Corking, and Kegging:

• 5 tap digital thermostat keezer (with room for a sixth...! stay tuned!)
• CO2 and Nitrogen gas tanks
• Standard and Nitrogen draught faucets
• More gas regulators and manifolds than we have any sane reason to have
• 13x stainless steel kegs; 9 of which are full-sized.
• Commercial sankey and german slider tap couplers for tapping and serving commercial beers
• Picnic taps and ice buckets for serving beer at events, like our annual summer cookout
• Bottling and Corking equipment
• Bottle washing, rinsing, and drying equipment

Brewing:

• Two 5 gallon kettles
• One 10 gallon kettle
• 8 gallon, 250v Anvil all-in-one full-grain brewing system
• Induction stovetop for sparging or extract brews
• 4x6 gallon glass carboy fermenters
• 9x5 gallon glass carboy fermenters
• Over 20 1-gallon fermenters for experimental or small batches of beer, mead, kombucha, wine, and more
• A full assortment of samplers, siphons, tubing, funnels and strainers
• Hydrometers, graduated cylinders, erlenmeyer flasks, Refractometer
• Glass ramekins for dosing hops and other additives
• Three digital scales for measuring and dosing hops, cleaning solutions, additives, etc.
• A full assortment of cleaning and sanititation chemicals, brushes, and doodads.
• Digital and mechanical temperature probes for wort
• Glassware for hydrating and preparing yeast
• Magnetic stirplate for developing yeast starters
• Four immersion chillers

Amenities:

• Digital taplist showcasing what's on tap and what's available in bottles
• A small library of brewing books available to read or borrow
• Worksheets to help novice brewers with their first beer or mead
• Storage space for fermenting, aging, and serving beverages.
